چکیده

PurposeThere is a paucity of data on the burden and outcomes arrhythmias in Left Ventricular Assisted Device (LVAD) patients.MethodsThe National Inpatient Database (NIS) from 2015-2020 was analyzed to identify patients with LVAD classified based into no-arrhythmias groups. Using linear regression model, trends hospital were obtained.ResultsAmong 2339240 hospitalized total 1367025 arrythmia cases identified. Median age (72 vs 67 )in arrhythmia group, males predominant ( 72.7% 27.6%), caucasian having higher incidencescompared african americans 69.81% 19.4%). HT had CKD (41.6 % 36.2%) valvular disease (11.9% 7.8%). arrythmias incidences mortality compared no-arrythmia (3.8% 2.4%, p <0.001) cardiac arrest (1.28% 0.74%, p<0.001).
